Hi on the surface seems like a simply question ,but when you look a little deeper ,i am not sure if i am even remotely qualified to answer you query ! Although not the same situation,and this child is your own, i would advise you contact your local adoption agency , they may have information on people who have adopted children from oversea and how they have dealt with cultural situation.Or if able put you in touch with a family !
