I am an Indian national.my husband is staying in mauritius sinc 7 years now.He came to india after 10 monthe the first year and a year back he came after a gap of 1 yr.he has got married there and has kids.i hve 2 kids and i'm waiting for him to come back.
everytime he comes he says i want to divorce that woman but she does not want to divorce me.i'm helpless and i'm just waiting for everything to be alright.I am no where at fault.now he comes every 3 months for a month or two months.My kids are teenagers now and they see how their mother has been working hard living all alone bringing them up.I want my husband back from the clutches of that wicked woman.She works with a mauritian govt.dept.She knowingly married a married man.
please guide me.
