Dear Fellow Mauritians,

As you all might know that our neighbour country is hosting the biggest sporting event in the African continent history which is: The 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.

It is very important for us that everyone in the country get prepare well in advance and be ready for this because they will be influx of tourist and International football supporters coming to the region from around the world.

From small and large businesses in The Republic of Mauritius can benefit from this enormously if everyone do their marketing and promotion correctly; especially in tourism (hotel and catering, our national flag carrier - Air Mauritius, car rental, fast food chains, restaurants, bars and so on).

Please everyone do your legal homework right; such as patents, copyrights, designs, logos, catchphrases, statements and jingles.

It is highly recommended that everyone does their homework on legal issues correctly and seek legal advice promptly.

Furthermore, anyone who is selling food must have Health & Safety and Health & Hygiene certificate due to food poisoning as well as cleanliness issues.

Everyone in The Republic of Mauritius must be ready on time for this prestigious sporting event.

I hope this advice can be beneficial to our fellow Mauritians.
