Bahshit
I don't really follow your posting. Are you trying to show in a humiliating way that Mauritians living and settled in Australia are being unlawfully discriminated.
This is outrageous. Discriminations of any kind are unlawfull except to the extent that they are allowed to advance the rights of the less priviliged and disadvantaged under the law and those who throughout time have been left behind.
Australia has a proud history of being in the forefront of being humanitarian and compassionate to other races.
To say that Australia is discriminating against Mauritians is absolutely nonsense, hurtful and untrue.
We have laws here to prevent discriminatory practices from occuring.
I feel pity for Mauritians who are still living in Mauritius and are constantly confronted with discriminatory rules and other archaic regulations in the field of civil service employment.
My dear Bashit, can you tell us what was the purpose of drawing our attention to the L'Express article and your intent to have this article published. Like many other Mauritians who have successfully settled in Australia, I am very proud to be here and have found no such discrimination which was alluded in the article.
Any propaganda to discourage Mauritians to migrate to Australia will not achieve anything other than having the Australian authorities puzzled with a smile.
Mauritians here (and I don't know your case and other Maurutians in UK) are very happy and grateful for the kind of life that you can only dream of.
Of course, ther have been stories of Mauritians having been exploited in Australia. Nothing more. Maybe, you and L'Express are confused and misinformed of the Mauritian situation in Australia.
Next time, be more positive about Mauritians in Australia.
Thank you and have a nice day, mate.
