My dear Bashir
Let me begin by saying how I feel sorry that you are so offended by my inadvertent misspelling of your name. Unfortunately, my nimble fingers hit the wrong letter as you can see on your qwerty board and sadly turn your name into something unintended. My apologies again and look to the bright side of life.
Now, I must confess that I don't read anything written in French. It's just the way you started your posting. It leads me to assume you, as far away from the Australian shore, are referring in a condescending manner about discrimination against Mauritians in Australia.
My parents were the very first group of boat people travelling dangerously on PATRICE. They still have sentimental connection with Mauritius. Yet, they did not have an each way bet. They are now like myself truly aussies. Those who have left Mauritius and left behind their assets must have, in my humble opinion, rocks in their heads.
About Aboriginals and the so-called white policy, I don't think there is anything to be gained and we can debate the rights and wrongs of such policies until the cows come home.
I suggest (politely) that we should all avoid using the upper case as this may be easily misconstrued.
My dear BASHIR, we are all connected in some way or another and we must respect others' opinions. Have a good day. Don't look back as I don't have any ulterior motives nor am I as ignorant you think I am. This is a democratice nation and you can express your views freely. Now Relax and enjoy the sega with a sip of our Rum!!!
