Hi funny I am looking to meet a Jean Claude from Mauritius as well. He was a Sous chef at the Sheraton on the Park in 1996 (Sydney) . I am not sure of his name but maybe - could it be Mariolle? The Jean I am looking for would be between 45-50 .
If you think that there is any chance that Mariolle could be the same do you mind dropping me a line. THanks Dallas
