A friend of mine was the caretaker for the late Fran Miggins, who was the second wife of Paul Hartman, He inherited all of her possesions which included the original cash register from
"the Andy Griffith Show", the one he used to bang and it would open; that mechanisn still works by the way. If any of you fans know of anyone who might be interested in having this slice of TV memoribilia please feel free to contact me at Gbrode1@yahoo.com. My friend has not yet entered in the computer age so I do all his IT stuff for him.
