She may never be a cuddly bun but at least she won't try to bite your arm off when you need to handle her! One other thing to keep in mind is if she was with the male before and after a birth she can become pregnant again almost immediately, in which case she will ignore the kits in favour of allowing her body to care for the unborn. A visit to the vet could be appropriate just to check that nothing is wrong. It's likely that she has given birth and that the bleeding is something to do with that.. best to be safe though.
