With winter coming up, it's probably time to move them back into the conservatory. Make sure they have some sort of house in there to snuggle in, even a large cardboard box with a door cut into it will do. Line the bottom with lots of hay for warmth as well. Watch her behaviour and eating habits. Is she still interacting with the others? Does she seem eager for food/treats? Does she look uncomfortable either eating or whan lounging? For example one of my buns was prone to jaw abscess and I knew when one was flaring up because he would start eating his pellets with his head slightly tilted to one side. You can tell a lot by their body language and behaviours. Hope that helps, good luck! Melony

Did the vet find anything wrong? If she doesn't have much body fat she may be hiding in the burrow to warm up. Yes rabbits are affected by changes in weather, though heat is more of a problem than cold.
