I'd avoid the powder because rabbit groom a lot and will ingest it. None of mine have had fleas but I've had a lot of success using Revolution (kitten strength) for body and ear mite on rescues. You can use Advantage too, but stay away from Frontline. You'll want to treat them both as mite are higly infectious. Be sure to clean out any hay bedding as well.
