Chasing and mounting is normal when introducing rabbits, it's all part of working out who is dominant. Since the female is smaller you could try putting a crate or box that only she can fit in to give her a 'safe' space.
I've had some luck sitting with the buns and holding one while the other runs around, then swapping them around. After a while I get them sitting next to each other while I stroke them. Some bunnies have an 'itchy' spot near their tail, scratching it will make them want to groom. It's really handy if you use it right! Just start scratching and when the reflexive grooming starts nudge the other bunny close so they get the benefit.
The main thing is to stick with it. Try to get them together for a short while every day. If the male starts getting a bit aggressive, pick him up for a while to distract him, try brushing him, clipping his nails or giving him a treat. Give the girl time to get settled and comfortable. In my pairings it's usually the female that ends up ruling the roost so don't be surprised if she puts him back in his place.
Good luck!
