The marks on the wall could be flicks but they're just as likely to be sprays if you have an unneutered male... they mark their territory like most other animals, by leaving their scent around, for rabbits this involves chinning, leaving some poops around and chinning. Since the tunnels are new, I'd say he's just making sure everyone knows who they belong too.
The white colour is normal due to the way buns process calcium in their diet. Unless you see thick sludge in their litter trays or where they pee, don't be too worried about colour. It's not unusual for it to change depending on what they eat. If the tunnels are getting a bit smelly try soaking some white vinegar into the area and then give it a good scrub and rinse. I find vinegar fantastic for cleaning our litter trays.
Personally I don't like bathing my rabbits unless they're poopy type messy and even then I try to keep it to a butt bath. If only one is peeing everywhere it's likely he's the more dominant and he's making sure his space is well marked out.
Just a thought, are you sure the one that is discoloured is actually doing the peeing? Could he be getting sprayed by the other bun? It's not unusual for their buddies and even their human owners to get a good spray from an over eager marker!
