This recent heat is a big worry! Frozen bottles are great, if she's outside you might want to swap them during the day if you can so she always has something cold near her. Some tiles (marble tends to stay cooler) laid in her favourite shady spot will give her something cooler to lay on as well.
If you're home during the day, try dampening her ears with a little water (use a damp hand to run over them).
You could also make her a little insulated hut. A crate covered with soil and plant matter is surprisingly cool! We've done that to our dogs metal kennel and it's made a world of difference. If you wanted to make it more burrow like you could use half a large bucket and just heap the soil or even a good thick layer of hay over it.
Make sure she has lots of water available and that it's kept shaded as well.
