Glad to hear the Fenbendezole has worked for you, I had a lot of success using it and some good old TLC!
The incontinence could be a couple of things -
1. Tuppence is having trouble getting into the litter box. If the sides are high she's probably still unstable enough not to feel comfortable jumping in. Try lower sides or something with a low cutout she can get over easily.
2. The E.C has affected her and she may always have a bit of trouble controlling her bladder. Sophie did this the second time she got head tilt. All you can do is keep her as dry and clean as possible.
3. The illness has thrown all routine out the window. It takes surprisingly little for them to forget litter habits and it's not unusual for any changes to make little habits take a huge step backward. In this case you just have to perservere, they'll likely get back to normal once Tuppence is in good shape again.
You mentioned that they're in a pen, could you put hay down on the floor to provide some absorbtion? One of my older buns got quite bad toward the end, it was like he literally didn't know he was peeing. I put a thick layer of Breeders Choice cat litter down, covered it with newspaper and then carpeted the area with dragon grass mats (you can see them here http://www.superioramerican.com/style/products/46571.jpg). They're available from Bunnings Hardware House for about $2 each. This has the added benefit of letting all mess drop down into the newspaper/litter part and keeping the bun out of the pee. I join the mats together with cable ties to make one big carpet, that way it's easy to pick up and move when you need to lay fresh litter and newspaper. They last for quite a while (although don't be surprised if the buns have a good chew!) and can easily be hosed off and dried in the sun for a few hours.
Good luck and let me know if there's anything I can help out with!
