It depends a lot on the rabbit. For my older guys I use a synthetic sheepskin for them to lay on. Most are pretty good and use it for what it's intended, a couple however will use it to poop on or dig and rip it up. I've picked them up in Aldi's and other discount stores before.
Since she's had head tilt before you're likely to see ongoing problems, as least that's been my experience. One of my girls, Sophie, started showing signs of incontinence about a year after recovering, not enough to scald, but there would be little puddles everywhere. I do have a three legged bun that can't urinate properly and I've found that cornstarch power really helps. There is a baby powder available in Aus now that's cornstarch, I think it's made by Johnson and Johnson.
