I have had Sunny for two years. He hasn't had any major health problems thusfar, and the vet says his weight is just right. I recently purchased a bag of Kaytee pellets which gave him diarrhea. He quickly stopped eating his pellets and resorted to eating hay and chewing on anything in the cage (the newspaper in his litterbox, lots of his toys). When I noticed, I immediately took the food away and switched to a new brand and type of food. Even though the new pellet is different, he's reluctant to eat the pellets. Does anyone have ideas about how to get him to eat his pellets? He is still active and tioleting normally. Should I be worried?
