Unless he's losing weight I wouldn't worry. When making changes with a rabbit's diet it's advisable to do so slowly. Mix the normal pellets with the new ones, increasing the amount of the new, over a week or two. Rabbits digestive system can be delicate and they don't take to changes very well.
