I currently have 2 bunnies that live outside in a very nice and dry outdoor set-up. We bring them in to play every day, but my husband insists they not live in the house so that is why they are out. We are getting a new havana today from someone who my friend works with. She has kept her bunny inside his whole life and had to suddenly give him up. She had absolutely no one to take him so we said we would. My question is, will a bunny who has lived his whole life indoors be OK in a new outside home? Do they adapt OK? We have a nice large shed with a cement floor. It's not heated or anything, but our bunnies each have their own large cages which we stuff the back of with straw in the winter for warmth. We leave the doors of the shed open during the day for sunlight and fresh air and close them at night to protect from wind and predators. Do you think he will do alright? Thanks so much in advance for any advice you have.
