It could be gas or a blockage (if they're not pregnant). Usually a rabbit's stomach is quite pliant and soft. Are there any digestive sounds? If there's no gurgling or a lot of loud gurgling they need care asap. Try to get a vet appointment and in the mean time, lots of tummy rubs.
