Yep! Some say that parsley can cause a build up of calcium but mine have had some with their evening salad for the past 6 years. Celery I cut up as I was told the strings can cause problems, but I really haven't seen stringy celery since I was a child. I think it's probably something that's been removed from the current hybird varieties.
