Many people do this and with some precautions it can work well. Main things to look out for are wires, these can be easily covered with tubing so they can't be nibbled on. Inside or in the garage another thing you can do is build her a condo. The great thing about these is they can be built UP, so give lots of moving room without encroaching on your space. I've seen some made out of old cupboards, where the door panels have been removed and replace with insect wire. Part of the shelves have been cut to allow access to the upper levels. With the doors, they're great for cleaning and getting hold of a recalcitrant bunny! NIC cubes are easy to use and with some electrical ties added they're very stable. Melony

As long as it doesn't freeze and she's protected from the elements, it should be ok. Make sure to put lots of extra hay in for bedding.
