I don't know. Never had to ask. I haven't been there for awhile, either. Security isn't real tight, though, even if you don't have a license. If you go to clubhouse and walk out the little stairs on the right side, go out through the jockey parking lot toward the license office, and just charge right through the stable gate like you own the place.
