I believe they just grew tired of the whole thing and were afraid that if Suffolk closed, they would be out of luck. It'll be interesting to see how the fair and the comunity feel come September...when hardly anyone shows up...includng vendors.

Quite hard to believe. I don't believe they do much if any upkeep at all 10 months of the year.
