The Three-County Fair board is pursuing a plan to completely redevelop the fairgrounds over the next 10 years at an estimated cost of $40 million. The race track will be removed, thus ending any hope that racing could ever return. Such a shame, as they had something very special there with an experience that can not be duplicated.
