For those who have the time and financial resources, I can highly recommend the Prv (Prineville, OR) fair race meet that takes place during the second week in July. Racing takes place for 4 consecutive days (Wed-Sat) with starting post time of 7:15 p.m. each evening. While Prineville is relatively small, the races are very well supported by the local and surrounding communities. Each card is 9-10 races with about 3 QH and 6-7 TB races. There is not much to the "fair", but if it is racing you enjoy, you will not be disappointed.
With the end of racing at Northampton MA, I hope to make Prv a regular visit year.
