Actually, there is a web site that details the proposed game plan for reopening the place. I believe it's recent. Personally, I don't see how anybody could make this a profitable racetrack (tbreds or sbreds), especially with NY's OTBs, slots coming to the tracks there, etc. This place was losing money when most tracks were getting rich in the 60s and 70s. Anyway, if someone is crazy enough to take the plunge, I'll be there opening day.
