That Equibase thing was wrong. They are open. They race every Sunday at 1:30. I was there in late June. In fact, DRF shows their results. It's a straightaway with a hairpin turn, tents, bleachers--on the "opposite" side of the track--, they have simulcasting in the tents, and live odds and will pays on one old TV set attached to the back of the bleachers. Not sure how they put their program together. I had never seen the format, but it did have a glossy cover. I was impressed 
Most of the tracks are protesting the number of slot machines they've been awarded and based on their pari-mutuel business, I couldn't blame them. It's been a rather big controversy.
