Vara (owner of GBF) has just hired a consultant to redevelop the site...so racing at that track appears also to be doomed.

I know that Brockton did apply for dates---but I believe they were situating themselves in the unlikely (now zero) chance that slots would come to Mass. However, if Suffolk's schedule remains as planned...they might run fall dates at the conclusion of the Suffolk meet.
