This excellent racing fair starts 09/03, and runs for three weekends, and includes Labor Day Monday. Post time is 1:30 p.m. each race day. Full fields are the norm as horsemen are paid a $ 150 starter fee for 5th-8th place finishes. The fair will take place on the first weekend of racing with lots of different activities. Additional simulcasting (5-8 tracks) is also available on track. The track is 1/2-mile with tight turns, and one can view the races up quite close from the infield or outside the track. I have visited many small tracks, and would rate this one my most favorite. First-time visitors should not be disappointed! Will any other track collectors be there? Also, feel free to share your most favorite small-town tracks!
