Hi Karen and all other viewing Lioness's. All the very best for a wonderful 2002.
I would especially like to send greetings to Lioness members in District 201N1 and thank everyone for the magnificent efforts made to assist with our District Bushfire Appeal.The amount of toiletries and other personal items (as well as over $3,000 cash) we have sent on to Shoalhaven Lioness Club will certainly be of great help to those in need.From a few phone calls on 30th.Dec the response has been overwhelming - especially with so many Lions and Lioness's away on Hols.What's the saying ? "from little acorns..." The call for help went out and you were all involved immediately...I recieved many pledges within 24 hours!!
I wish you all and especially those affected by the bushfires ,a happy , peaceful and prosperous 2002.
