US fighting the good fight in Latin America

Hi David,

Hope you are well.

In case you haven't noticed it there's quite a good bit in today's Times (31st October). They tell us the true purpose of the US in Latin America. On page 56 they write: "The [recently signed military pact with Columbia] will allow the US to use seven Columbian military bases for... terrorism operations for the next ten years."
