Eds I don't think you have empirical evidence of more harm being done than good.

You feel that writing in the corporate media does more harm than good.

It is conceivable that the opposite is true.

The plusses - that people who are unconnected to radical ideas may be awakened to the possibility; that those aware but feeling alone may realise that they are not alone etc are very genuine.

Against is that this article is a fig leaf.

But how much weight will this one article add to the overal conception that the media is liberal.
The corporations pay a lot of money to give us this impression. Even if this one crumb can be used to support that idea it seems to me to be less than the benefit here.

As such it therefore seems to be a faith based position.

There is a moral argument that nobody should have anything to do with a murderous corporate media but we are almost all involved intimately with the beast in some way or another.

I can't prosecute my career without working with big pharma. I'm stuck and I think radicals who want to reach an audience have a similar dilemma although I agree that alternatives are increasing.

Your letter above from the guy who has just read your book suggests that alternative media still does not have sufficient reach.
