Help with Chomsky quote

Hi

I'm sure I heard Chomsky refer to the Copenhagen summit during one of his two lectures in London (LSE and SOAS). In that it might be the last chance to save the world from runaway climate change. does anyone know where and when in his lecture he mentioned it?
