hotmail and 3rd party cookies!

Hey! Has anyone else had this problem? "Sign Out Failed!" Then it says
1) Close all other browser windows
2) to prevent this problem in future, enable 3rd party cookies.

Suddenly, I can't sign out of hotmail unless I've enabled 3rd party cookies!

What's becoming of the internet? Any thoughts?
