The brevity of the interview was also disappointing. As one person has already pointed out, the show was little over 20 minutes of which Chomsky talked for about half of that. How can HARDtalk claim to be an "in-depth" current affairs show based on such a paltry timespan?
I think Chomsky refers to this as "concision" in the mainstream media. The boiling down of important issues into ridiculously short soundbytes.
