Men with Cancer/Caregivers for Loved Ones

Please click the Breast Cancer Support site where there are posted hundreds of survivor experiences in the guestbooks, some even by men. This BBS is exclusively for men whose wife, girl friend, sister or mother has breast cancer. Breast cancer effects everyone, not just the victim. It takes a toll on men as it does on women and often we have a hard time dealing with the various aspects of the disease. The aspects of surgery, radiation and chemotherapy have a profound effect on men as well. This BBS is to help with feelings, fears, rejection and any aspect of the disease as it relates to men/women relationships.

This board is dedicated in memory of our dear friend Jill, who taught us that there is nothing in this world that matters more than love. This board was an essential part of her journey, where we found support and comfort when we needed it most. We owe more to the good people here than words could ever express. And so in Jill's memory, we give you this board in the hope that others will find comfort here as we did. Jill, you were a rare angel in a world that so desperately needs people like you in it. You were far too young, and you had so much left to give to this world. You are missed by all who knew you, and loved by all who knew you well. Goodbye, my friend. I will never forget.
