Thank you for you response Rick. When you find the time I would be interested in the book info and if you can find it the tips website. You gave me one good tip already, that I hadn't thought of. I will be very care to stay remote unless asked for help. I can understand how our eagerness to help, can in fact get in the way. I am sure my boss knows that I am sincere in the offer to help. When I talked him, I wasn't crying or anything like that, but I surprised myself with how much emotion was in my voice.
