That is good new because alot of cancers do not have the numbers to get support. Be gentle with yourself and just be there for your wife. YOU can and will never understand the fears and pain your wife is going through. GOD that is hard. But harder is lossing your wife. So be with her and go to all the app'ts she has it is imperative. Future choices are going to be affected by the choices and treatments you make now. phil s-r+5

Rick:
As for online counselors never have heard of any.
Your best bet for in person help is through your local cancer agency. OR here.
The bad news you need to understand is that most likely with the cancer in both breasts it probably is now system wide. You don;t mention stage or level of cancer. Such as er/pr + or -.
Now for your question. A bomb has just landed in your lap. Your wife mortality has just been nailed, the illusions of life crushed. SHE is in total and mind numbing shock. ALL you can do is show her through your words and actions that you love her and will stand by her.
This is far from over and LORD knows I can tell you it will probably get worse.
You need to be at all app'ts with her take notes and ask questions. She needs that.
You do not say your ages or if you have kids.
Post questions or message me at kbbmjlp.sr@accesscomm.ca.
Rick coming here is a good thing.
But please look to find more diagnostic support from your local area if you can.
You should she if they will test her for bone through a scan, ct for liver, kidney, lung and heart.
Rick take care and I will try to be more regular here.
Keep your faith and hope they are what will help you through this journey.
