She is independent and also has a strong drive to do as much for herself as possible, so at times I'm sure she'll find it more practical to not have to coordinate with my work schedule when going to some appointments. I am ready to accompany her to everything if it is possible. Being involved in the process helps me also. It allows me to feel like I am being a help to her even though there are times when no one can help. I'm sorry to hear that you felt the need to make funeral plans. That had to be very hard for both of you. I appreciate your prayers and I will pray for the two of you as well. What is your husband's first name? Do you have kids?
