Right now, I take a martial art called Aikido; and that's a great amount of exercise, but only one night a week. (When I go. I need to go more often!) Before this cancer stuff hit us, we were on a regular workout schedule and, I tell you, everyone is right - when you've worked out and are physically tired (instead of "long day at work" mentally tired), you really do sleep so well. I love rock climbing... maybe I will give that a go again, too. Stuff with the fire dept keeps both of us busy and exercised; we are both members of different companies, and she seems to have a *huge* smile on her face when she helps, and when she sees me doing things and advancing there, too. I guess everyone is right, if you stop doing your normal routine stuff, your normal exercises, both mentally and physically, you "give up" part of your life to this disease. And that's not what people should do. Erin walks about 2 miles a day, does so much with the kids (home-schooled, too!) and is so energetic... I've never ever seen a stronger woman!
