I second everything Jeff has said and just wanted to add... tell her you love her, every day. My wife has been surviving two years now and if I've learned one thing from this, as the man on this side, it's that the man upstairs is in charge, along with her and sometimes all she needs is someone to listen or someone to _help her ignore_ the cancer if for a few hours, to "forget" about it... that really seems to help!
