Thanks for your good wishes, Jack...I'm doing ok and that's a good thing. 
Know all about those things said in counseling that really hurt...been there too, buddy, and I offer you my warmest hugs. Took me awhile to get past that and just shrug it off. I know I'm a loveable soul 
...if the hubby doesn't it's his problem, eh?
Learning to put yourself first for a change can be hard to do for us, but it's SOOO important. One day at a time is a good mantra, Jack...keep on truckin' and let us know how you're doing from time to time.
