the residuals of some will remain in your hair for over 3 weeks. Depends on what he used. Pain pills, maybe not so long. Three days, even a week, and something will show up anyway.
I can only echo the sage advice of the other ladies here. If you think your children won't figure out their father isn't as he seems, you're quite wrong. Children watch everything closely, very closely. They pick up signs and symptoms from behaviors and intentions and it's not difficult for them to come up with their own feelings about him. They'll know if his intentions are dishonest or dangerous. Sooner or later. And no child should have to live with that sort of suspicion over their heads.
