I'm sorry you have to go through this. This board is a great place to find people who are going through or have gone through this before. Welcome.
George made some great remarks - follow his advice. My wife was diagnosed at age 36, 3 years ago. My role has been somewhere between listener, caregiver (always), and then even someone to "put the foot down" and tell her she does need to call the dr at 3am, even if it'll wake someone up... etc.
It will get better, I promise. I've been with my wife for five years, we've been married two, and she's had cancer for the last 3. If I could say one thing about cancer it is that it's shown us that we are meant for each other. Prayer and communication can be easy to come by when you have something like this in life.
Keep posting here, and keep your chin up.
