Dear Lord, Jim, but she's been thru the wringer. I'm glad she's turning the corner though...what an ordeal for both of you.
Like George said, hang in there. It's not easy when you're beset with these kinds of complications, but it is definitely possible. I also developed pneumonia due to IV fluids when my first son was born...also a stay in ICU and bleeding complications. No, it was definitely not fun but that was 23 years ago and I'm doing a-ok now...12 years post breast cancer. Wendy is going to be ok, Jim....esp with you by her side.
