Yeah...the treatment is working! I too have stage four breast cancer with bone mets. After chemo treatments my white counts and platletts drop very low, which makes me extremly tired and fatigued. I know my body well enough to know that its during this time that I need to rest, rest, rest. Encourage your wife to do the same whenever she feels tired. A well rested body is better equipped to do its job, which is to rid itself of cancer.
