I have heard about this before. Right now her sister and a friend comes over every other week or so and does some cleaning.
That is that fine line between keeping things 'normal' and giving in. The less she feels she can do on her own the more she feels the cancer has taken from her. She wants to do as much as possible just to reclaim her life.
