Thanks for the interest. We are meeting with a social worker today to discuss disability for my wife. While this is a good thing for my wife if it goes through it bothers me. It bothers me because it will be a constant reminder of her illness. Our son is happy about it since he won't have to go to summer camp anymore and he won't be home alone after school. To sound completely selfish about this every gets something out of this but me. All I get is more financial worries and the constant reminder that my wife is sick and dying.
