Good answer, Jim. I agree with your comment.
Mike, I think you are a good husband because you care enough to express your feelings. You are hanging in there and supporting your wife the best you can. It might not always be perfect but You are doing the best you can at any given moment. It is the best any of us can do.
You might wonder how I know this...well my husband is going through treatment for cancer right now and I have to admit being the care taker and supporter is a tough role. I know
there are days that I want to pull my hair out but then I see
what he is going through and I take a deep breath and take a
walk and then come right back into the middle of it again. I
love him and care for him and would never ever think of
being anywhere else but in the thick of it. And this is all
happening a little over a year after I went through treatment for bc.
So hang in there, Mike. And you are not alone.
