Question for Mike about sign-in window

Mike - There's a sign-in window that comes up when the pop-up cam is ready to refresh, asking for user name and password. If I click Cancel, the popup cam goes black; same if I make up a name and password. Are we supposed to be registered to watch the cam, or is this just a software glitch? I'm thinking it's looking for someone to log-in as an administrator, not just a casual visitor. Thanks!
